Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) School children between age group of 15-17 years (Class 9 and 10) 2) Students who are willing to give informed assent and whose parents are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Students with any health-related issues (Respiratory condition like asthma, TB, Cardiac condition like arrhythmia, Orthopaedic conditions like fractures, polio, club foot) 2) Students with issues like common cold, fever or girls with active menstruation at the start of the study. 3) Students with BMI = 28 4) Students who are associated with any of the school teams.
