Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing to participate. 2. Post-operative knee replacement (unilateral or bilateral) patients admitted to orthopedic unit at AIIMS Jodhpur. 3. Patients above 18 years of age. 4. Patients are able to understand Hindi language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with the known cases of major psychiatric illness or neurological problems.

•To assess and compare the effectiveness of nurse-led follow-ups on pain intensity among the patients with knee replacement. •To assess and compare the effectiveness of nurse-led follow-ups on activities of daily living among the patients with knee replacement. Timepoint: 2 weeks, 4 weeks , 6weeks.
