Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Irrespective of sex, race, religion 2)Patients diagnosed as IBS-M,IBS-C,IBS-D,IBS-U 3)Patients will be diagnosed as per ROME IV criteria 4)IBS-SSS score less then 175 5)Patients with anxiety in HAM-A scale (18-24) 6)patients with depression in HAM-D scale (8-23)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with other pre-existing GI disorders 2)Patients with GI surgery 3)Abnormal upper and lower GI endoscopy 4)Patients of chronic medical illness, like chronic kidney diseases, diabetes mellitus 5)Cardiac failure 6)Psychiatric patients 7)Pregnant mother 8)Patients under anxiety/depression medication
