Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years 2. Receiving 1st cycle of 5FU both oral(Capecitabine) and intravenous chemotherapy 3. Willing to participate and give written consent 4.Patient who can understand Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having allergy to urea cream and aloe-vera.2 Patients with dermatological conditions that affect the hands or feet 3 Patients receiving targeted therapy. 4 Patients receiving radiation therapy.
