Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age group 19-60 yrs Patient presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Nadi Vrana pilonidal sinus with an external opening at the natal cleft Pilonidal sinus having length up to less than 4cm that is including 4cm track Straight pilonidal sinus track only Patient willing to join the study Patient will be selected irrespective of sex chronicity of Pilonidal sinus Prakriti of the patient socio-economic status and profession

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having Neoplastic sinus. Patient having Multiple sinus, complicated sinus. Nadi Vrana with systemic disease with DM-II / Bleeding disorder / HIV/ HbsAg/ Tuberculosis.
