Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent girls those who are Mild and Moderately Anaemic. 2. Adolescent girls those who are available at the time of data collection. 3. Adolescent girls those who are interest to participate in research study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent girls those who are suffering from systemic disease. 2. Adolescent girls those who are having dysmenorrhoea or menstrual problem.
