Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Fasting blood sugar 100 to 125mg/dl as per ADA 2 HbA1c between 5.7 to 6.4% as per ADA 3 Patients with blood investigation HbA1c, Lipid profile, LFT, Thyroid, FBS have been conducted in our laboratory will be included with consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnancy or lactating mother 2 patients known cases of DM both I and II on medication 3 History of Gestational diabetes 4 Patients suffering from major systemic illness Known cases of (Cancer, severe bedridden, sepsis, tuberculosis)
