Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I&II Undergoing elective infraumbilical surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for spinal Anesthesia 2.Patients with pre existing Hypotension 3. Pregnency 4 Body mass index more than 30 kg per meter square
