Intervention1: Thioglycolic acid peel and tablet pentoxifylline: 10% Thioglycolic acid peel once weekly plus tablet pentoxifylline 400mg once daily for 6 weeks Control Intervention1: thioglycolic acid

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ppd over legs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating female. 2.Patients who did not give consent for study. 3.patients who are on anticoagulants. 4.Patients having hypersensitivity to thioglycolic acid. 5.patients having varicosities, local inflammation or infection. 6.Patients with history of pulmonary disease or acute respiratory disease. 7.Patients exhibiting intolerance to pentoxifylline, xanthines. 8.Patients with recent cerebral and/or retinal hemorrhage. 9.Patients with acute myocardial infarction or severe coronary artery disease. 10.Patients with peptic ulcers.
