Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having mastalgia with regular menstrual history. patient having cyclic mastalgia. Patient with Nodularity and small fibroadenoma of less then 5 cm. BIRADS 0-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pregnancy or lactation. Large Breast lump above 5cm. Presence or history of any Malignancy. Breast abscess. Post Menopausal women. Patients with withdrawals of Oral Contraceptive Pills. Immunocompromised patients like HIV, HbsAg, HCV positive patients

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of pain assessed by using VAS scale Severe/Moderate (8-10/4-7) to mild/no pain (1-3) Timepoint: 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in nodularity on Lucknow-Cardiff nodularity scale. Reduction in Breast tenderness measured by the pressure pain threshold scale. Comparison of Side effects in both the interventions.Timepoint: 3 months
