Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Minimum 3 years of competitive basketball experience at college level. ii. Age- 18-24years. iii. Gender- male and female both. iv. BMI- 18.5-24.9 Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. History of neurological problems in the last 6 months as explained by the athlete. ii. History of cardiovascular disease in the last 6 months as explained by the athlete. iii. History of lower limb musculoskeletal problem as explained by athlete (within the last 6 months). iv. Open wounds
