Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in age group of 5-10 years. 2. Children at their first dental visit and anxious patients. 3. No history of previous hospitalization or previous dental treatment. 4. Children having caries in one of the primary molar and need restoration. 5. Children with prior parental consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised patient. 2. Children with previous dental history. 3. Children with a previous history of hospitalization 4. Children with mental disorders. 5. Children undergoing medical treatment that might affect heart rate (HR). 6. Teeth that need invasive procedures.
