Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Students in GHMC Kozhikode who meet the operational definition 2) Having a regular menstrual cycle (average rhythm of 21 to 35 days). (1) 3) Students in the age group of 18–35 (UG and PG students)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ) Gynaecological problems, including PCOD, PID and endometriosis (USG) 2) Depression and psychiatric disorders 3) Thyroid disorder 4) Under hormonal medication

•To determine the effects of Folliculinum on the symptomatic improvement of PMS as assessed by the Menstrual Distress Questionnaire score in students of GHMC Kozhikode. •To determine the effects of individualized homoeopathic medicine on the symptomatic improvement of PMS as assessed by the Menstrual Distress Questionnaire score in students of GHMC Kozhikode. •To compare the effects of Folliculinum and individualized homoeopathic medicine on the symptomatic improvement of PMS as assessed by the Menstrual Distress Questionnaire score in students of GHMC Kozhikode. Timepoint: •Changes in the MDQ score from baseline to 4 months before and after treatment with individualized homoeopathic medicines and Folliculinum.
