Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents of children with ASD (5-18 years) under treatment at AIIMS Kalyani. Inclusion: Subjects having mild and moderate Depression Anxiety and Stress as per DASS21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having severe Depression Anxiety and Stress as per DASS21 Subjects who are physically and psychologically unwell to comprehend the instructions. Subjects with difficult hearing. Pregnant and lactating mothers Subject with nasal abnormalities, nasal polyp, deviated nasal septum Subjects having no access to smartphone with internet Subjects on psychotropic medications
