Intervention1: KINESIOTAPING: Kinesiotape is applied over occiput to T1-T2 region. It will be applied with 10-15% tension of tape for inhibition of soft-tissues. It will be applied for total duration

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neck pain VAS greater than 2cm on 10 cm scale 2. Subjects working in IT field since 2 yrs. 3. IT Professionals working more than 5 hours per day 4. IT Professionals working for 5 days per week. 5. Subjects who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having cervical spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, radiculopathy. 2. Neck surgery & upper limb surgery within last 3 months 3. Skin conditions & allergy 4. Severe musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory disorders
