Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of all gender will be included. 2. Age group: 18-25 years 3. Pace and spin bowlers in Belgavi city. 4. Recreational players will be included. 5. Participants who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing the participants from participation in last 6 months. 2. Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded.
