Inclusion criteria: a. Undergraduate and postgraduate student in Yenepoya University b. Age group (18-25 years) c. Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Person with history of Neck pain, Back pain, radicular pain, neurological symptoms. b. Person with medical condition or undergone surgery .
