Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patient which shows classical signs and symptoms of Amavata according to Ayurveda text such as Shoola, Shotha, Sparshasahatva, Stabdhagurugatrata and associated symptoms like Angamard, Aruchi, Trushna, Gourav are taken for study. 2) For more confirmation those patients who shows any four classical signs and symptoms according to American Rheumatoid Arthritis Association Criteria, they taking for study. 3) Patients who fits for Virechana karma 4) Patients who complited there Deepan Pachan till Niram awastha appears.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronicity of more than 2 years. 2) Having severe chronic Crippling Deformities. 3) Emaciated patients and patients with any fatal diseases are excluded. 4) Having digestive system disease like Gastritis, Peptic Ulcer, IBS, Ulcerative Colitis, Chrons Disease. 5) Septic Arthritis. 6) Pregnancy & lactating mothers. 7) Patient who are taking any NSAID, steroids Or any immuno suppressive drugs will exclude. 8) Patients not fit for Virechana karma will exclude.
