Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patient exhibited good general health with no evidence of underlying systemic disease and with presence of atleast 20teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who were smokers,who had underwent Phase 1 therapy in last 3 months, consumes antibiotics in last 1month,history of allergy,diabetes,hypertension,coronary artery disease,any invasive cardiac treatment within last 6months or any inflammatory disease such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,renal disease or tumors,pregnant and lactating women
