Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate BMI: 18.5 to 24.9kg/m2 Adults who are not engaged in any sports, gym since last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who had suffered any serious trauma or fracture in past 18 months. Engaged with regular sports/ regular gym. Who have history of dizziness. Any history of hernia or intestinal tuberculosis. Having back conditions consult a medical expert before doing practice. Any inflammation, rashes or fever occur due to excess toxins in the body.
