Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate, Mechanical neck pain, Non-specific neck pain, No clinical treatment for neck pain within the past month, Presence of active trapezius of not more than 12 weeks and Upper trapezius trigger point pain rated at least 4 on NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fibromyalgia syndrome, Neck and shoulder surgery, Fracture, Clinical evidence of myelopathy, Radiculopathy, Stenosis, Thoracic outlet syndrome, Vestibulobasilar artery syndrome, Infection, Migraine and Inflammatory arthritis
