Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults above 18 years of age willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants unwilling to participate in the study. Those who are unable to sit for 30 minutes at a stretch due to either physical or mental conditions will be excluded. Participants with psychological disorders, head injury or severe depressed will be excluded.
