Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults above 18 years of age willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants unwilling to participate in the study. Those who are unable to sit for 30 minutes at a stretch due to either physical or mental conditions will be excluded. Participants with psychological disorders, head injury or severe depressed will be excluded.

1. Monitoring the serum level of dopamine and serotonin. 2. Comparison of mean value between Yogic Transmission Meditator & Non-Yogic Transmission Meditator using MEDI-MEDEQ and PANAS Questionnaires. 3 Monitoring the serum levels of stress biomarker: Cortisol Timepoint: 4 week

1.A short intervention of Heartfulness training during working hours will be possible and successful in lowering stress among a diverse set of participants, according to the results of this randomized clinical trial. 2.Heartfulness meditation would make participants feel calmer and boost the cognition and help to improve the lifestyle. 3.The study aims to assess the impact of heart-based meditation on inner peace using serum levels of dopamine and serotonin. 4.The study’s conclusion will provide insight into the potential benefits or drawbacks of practicing heart-based meditationTimepoint: 4 weeks
