Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the first attempt success rate of Ultrasound-assisted versus Real-time ultrasound guided spinal anaesthesia techniques in patients undergoing lower limb orthopaedic surgeries.Timepoint: Parameters will be assessed at baseline.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the first-pass success rate, number of attempts, number of passes, procedure time, & complications in Ultrasound-assisted versus Real-time ultarsound guided spinal anaesthesia techniques. To analyze the above parameters in subgroups of the study groups according to age, sex, BMI, & lumbar spine deformity.Timepoint: Parameters noted at Baseline.
