Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients, Patients with chronic periodontitis, presence of periodontal osseous defects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with current or past smoking habit, Patients who underwent periodontal treatment in past 6months,Patients with systemic diseases, Pregnant and lactating women

Measure	Time frame
Probing Depth, Clinical Attachment Loss , Plaque Index , Gingival Index and Bleeding Index (BI) will be recorded at baseline ,6 weeks,3months,6months and after 9 months.Post operatively after one week the patient will be recalled and parameters of tissue colour, bleeding response to palpation, presence of granulation tissue and characteristics of the incision margins according to wound healing index will be scored accordinglyTimepoint: Baseline , 6 weeks,3months,6months and 9 months for soft tissue changes IOPAR at baseline,3months,6months and 9 months CBCT at baseline and 9 months	—
