Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female medical students who have never practiced Chandra Namaskara before 2. Healthy volunteer medical students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who have done Chandra namaskara before in regular yoga practice will be excluded from the study. 2. Those with any systemic, psychomotor disorders or physical disabilities will be excluded. 3. With current or previous mental or neurological diseases will be excluded. 4. Students with history of smoking and alcohol consumption will also be excluded from the study
