Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: healthy adults age 17 to 35 years (health status based on semi-structured interview) 2. both genders with equal ratio M:F, (1:1) 3. Comply with the study design and willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes 2.Hypertension 3.Osteoarthritis 4.Thyroid dysfunction 5.Participants in on fasting for more than 12 hrs or skipped meals
