Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients above 20 years of age with type 2 diabetes mellitus having NPDR or treatable PDR according to ETDRS classification, with visually significant cataract surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other ocular co-morbidities, Complicated cataract
