Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with all stages of periodontitis according to the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) and the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) classification 2018 ,with at least two teeth having pocket depth greater than 4mm in contralateral sites. Systemically healthy individuals. Patient with at least 20 or more remaining teeth. Patients aged 18 years or older of either sex. Patient ready to give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients, Patients on antimicrobial therapy during the last 3 month. Patient who had periodontal treatment during the last 6 months. Patient who are pregnant or lactating mothers. Patient who claimed to be allergic to the adjunct (PACNs) or any material used in the study.
