Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age of patients – 18 to 60 years. 2.Primary Renal stone. 3.Stone size up to 10 mm. 4.Mild Hydronephrosis. 5.One or more renal stones. 6.Radiographic / USG evidence of the stone. 7.Renal stone patients with controlled Hypertension and Diabetic Mellitus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. 2.Chronic Renal failure. 3.Gross Hydronephrosis. 4.Acute pain in the abdomen. 5.Cases which require surgical intervention. 6.Severe Hematuria. 7.Stone Size more than 10 mm. 8.Urinary tract infection. 9.Stone present in the urinary bladder, ureter, and urethra will be excluded. 10.Known cases of Malignancy and Tuberculosis. 11.Patients who are contraindicated for Kshara (Kshara Anarha). 12.Uncontrolled Hypertension,Diabetes Mellitus,Cardiac disorders.
