Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Multigravida mothers with previous birthing experience in a semi-recumbent position -Singleton pregnancy -Multigravida mothers at 20-28 weeks of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -High-risk pregnancy (Placental abnormalities,Hydramnios, Eclampsia, APH) -Previous cesarean delivery
