Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 month to 14 years of age undergoing flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FFOB)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical conditions that preclude use of anticholinergic medications- obstructive uropathy, gastrointestinal (GI) obstruction, glaucoma. 2. Children undergoing a diagnostic or therapeutic flexible bronchoscopy requiring insertion of instruments e.g. endobronchial biopsy, foreign body removal, airway dilatation 3. Children having artificial airway in situ (e.g., endotracheal tube, laryngeal mask airway, tracheostomy tube)
