Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient with signs and symptoms of Parikartika willbe selected 2) Patient Age group 18 to 60 years 3) Both sexes Male & female. 4) Patient suffering from parikartika not more than 6 weeks. (Acute fissure in Ano ) 5) Patient will be selected irrespective of their Religion, sex, Economic Status, education, occupation & social status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Multiple fissure in Ano As a complication of Skin disease 2) Patient having sentinal tag (Chronic Fissure) 3) Patient with HIV, HbsAg positive
