Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy undergraduate females of Sant Hirdaram Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences 2. Age group should be between 18-22 years 3. Able to understand English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female participants aged below 18 years and above 22 years. 2. Any associated medical conditions or taking any medications.
