Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Pregnant women aged between 18 to 40 years • Period of gestation: 14-36 weeks and Participants who can read and understand English at a basic level
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People diagnosed with psychiatric conditions • People with neurological or musculoskeletal complications which prevents them from being physically active. • Assistive pregnancy • Women with high risk pregnancy who are advised bed rest by clinicians
