Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status II, III Patients undergoing total hip replacement surgeries Duration of surgery: around two to three hours. Willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA status IV, V Emergency surgeries Patients refusing to give consent Patient with a fever of any cause Known allergy to bone cement Patients with allergic diseases, using antiallergic medications or corticosteroids Patients having deep venous thrombosis and lower extremity venous insufficiency Patients with cardiac disease likely to cause atrial fibrillation or thromboembolism or paraplegia, hemiplegia, bedridden patients Patient with a history of past cardiac surgery Patient having contraindications for regional anesthesia
