Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria Patients fulfilling the following criteria 1 Signs and symptoms of the Prameha 2 Fasting blood sugar level greater 126mg per dl 3 Post prandial blood sugar level greater 200mg per dl Inclusion criteria Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Patients between the age group 18 to 70 years Fasting blood sugar level up to 250 mg per dl Post prandial blood sugar level up to 300 mg per dL Subjects who are willing to sign the consent form to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 DM FBS greater than 250mg per dl and PPBS greater than 300mg per dl Diabetic complication like cardiomyopathy, Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy, Diabetic ketoacidosis. Any life-threatening disorder which interfering with the treatment Pregnant and lactating women Malignant and accelerated hypertension

assessment will be done on the basis of subjective and objective parameters 1 subjective parameters avila mootrata ( polyurea ) pipasa adhikya ( polydypsia ) kshuda adhikya ( polyphagia ) dourbalya ( debility ) mukha talu shosha ( dryness of oral cavity ) kara pada daha ( neuropathy) kara pada suptata ( neuropathy ) shithilangata ( fatigue ) 2 objective parameters shareera bharahani prabhootha mutrata fasting blood sugar level post prandial blood sugar level before an at the end of the therapy on 35th dayTimepoint: observation will be made on 0th day, 14th day, 28th day and 35th day
