Exclusion criteria: 1) K/C/O any structural deformities of nose and oral cavity. 2) K/C/O frequent epistaxis. 3) K/C/O nasal polyp. 4) K/C/O mental illness. 5) Pregnant and lactating women. 6) Subjects within the period of samsarjana kram after virechana & basti
