Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All individuals between 16 and 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presentation after 48hr of onset of symptoms 2. Appendicular abscess or lump 3. Pregnancy and Lactation 4. Patients with CRS of >5 (clinical+Usg) or >6 for (clinical+CT) respectively 5. BMI >35kg/m2 6. Other proven abdominal or pelvic pathologies.
