Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients undergoing supratentorial craniotomy for tumour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal 2)Patients with history of drug or alcohol abuse 3)History of nausea or vomiting 4)Pregnant or lactating women 5)Chemotherapy or radiation therapy during the previous 1month 6)Planned for postoperative ventilation
