Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who use a computer for a period of 3 to 5 hours a day, 6 days a week, minimum of 1 year experience with computer usage
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any congenital or acquired deformities related to the upper quadrant. Individuals who have undergone surgery or trauma in the past 12 months related to the upper quadrant.

| Work Ability Index For screening work ability, we will be using the Work Ability Index. The score range of this index is between 7 to 49. A score of 7-27 indicates poor work ability, 28-36 indicates moderate work ability, 37-43 indicates good work ability, and 44-49 indicates excellent work ability. CUPID For screening Upper Quadrant Dysfunction, we will be using CUPID (Cultural and Psychosocial Influence on Disability). This will help us understand how pain has affected your ability to work, with scores ranging from 0 to 10. Timepoint: one time baseline assessment | — |
