Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To Find out the mean recovery time and adequate depth of anaesthesia for the reversal of the moderate to deep neuromuscular junction blockade produced by Vecuronium By Sugammadex Vs Neostigmine and glycopyrrolateTimepoint: Before the Induction, At the time of induction & administration of Vecuronium, Intraoperatively, Time at which reversal is given, Time of extubation, Time at which patient is shifted to post- op recovery room(RR), time at which the patient demands rescue analgesia or 2 hours post-operatively, whichever comes first

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Find out the Side effects and Haemodynamic changes of administration of Injection Sugammadex with Vecuronium induced neuromuscular blockadeTimepoint: 1. T0: Before the Induction 2. T1: At the time of induction & administration of Vecuronium 3. T2: Intraoperatively 4. T3: Time at which reversal is given 5. T4: Time of extubation 6. T5: Time at which patient is shifted to post- op recovery room(RR) 7. T6: time at which the patient demands rescue analgesia or 2 hours post-operatively, whichever comes first. Inj Ketorolac 30mg diluted in 100 ml Normal Saline over period of 10-15 minutes intravenously shall be used as rescue analgesia.
