Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Females of age group of 20 years to 60 years. 2.Married and unmarried females of above age group. 3.Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of untreated urogenital infections 2.Patients with any pelvic and perineal injury 3.Patients suffering from any chronic debilitating disease like cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders 4.Patients with diabetes mellitus 5.Reactive viral markers i.e.sexually transmitted diseases 6.Pregnant and lactating women 7.Patients not willing for trial

MeasureTime frame
It is assumed that pain and dryness of vulvovaginal region will be cured in about 50% in group A and B. whereas it is assumed that both together will do much better and assumed to cure pain and dryness in 90% of the cases in group C.Timepoint: 14 Days

Most effective route of administration of Dadhika ghrita in terms of its feasibility in the treatment of Vipluta Yonivyapada.Timepoint: 14 Days
