Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to sign the consent form, the patients between the age of 25 to 50 years of either sex presenting with clinical features of sthaulya (obesity), patient having bmi 24.9kg/m2 to 34.9kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 25 and above 50 years, patient with complicated and history of chronic disorder or any health challenging diseases, patient having bmi below 24.9kg/m2, patient having obesity due to secondary causes (dm, hypertension) 5. Systemic illness like history of tuberculosis , carcinoma and endocrine disorder
