Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: menstruating young adults People with severe pain during menstruation people willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: people with secondary dysmenorrhea (eg. endometriosis) People with mild to moderate pain during menses People with nut allergy People not willing to participate
