Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with signs and symptoms of katigraha ( Non-specific low back pain ) 2 VAS Scale – 3-8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with a recent history of Spinal Surgery . 2 Patients with established Tumors /Malignancy . 3 Patients with diagnosed T.B. of bone . 4 Pregnant and lactating mother . 5 Patients suffering from Skin Allergy and Open Wounds at lumbar region . 6 Patients with active inflammation at lumbar region . 7 Patients with Sciatica
