Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient presenting with symptoms of MADD for at least 2 weeks duration and screened according to diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 2. Patients of both genders between 18 to 65 years 3. Individuals willing to provide informed consent and participate in the study 4. Those who scores 10 & above in depression subscale, 8 & above in Anxiety subscale in DASS-21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with suicidal tendencies. 2.Subjects with psychotic symptoms. 3.Subjects who are pregnant or lactating 4.Subjects with life threatening systemic illness. 5.Substance-induced anxiety depression disorder 6.Subjects with symptoms of adjustment disorder 7.Subjects with symptoms of conduct disorder. 8.Subjects undergoing any other form of treatment.

Assessment of reduction in the severity of symptoms with mixed anxiety depresssive disorder after administration of individualised homoeopathic medicine using depression anxiety stress scale-21 (dass-21)Timepoint: Every from baseline till the conclusion of the study (12 months)

1.Improvement in the quality of life of the patient after Homoeopathic intervention using stress subscale of DAS rating scale. 2.To find out the commonly indicated medicines in managing the cases of MADDTimepoint: Baseline at 3rd,6th,9th month and at the conclusion of the study (12th month)
