Inclusion criteria: Aged 15 or above Both Genders In-patients in orthopedic unit of SRMIST Length of stay for more than 2 days consisted of 2 night cycle Patients able to read speak and talk the regional language Tamil

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment Known conditions and treated for sleep disorders
