| 1. Translation Quality and Validity of CPMAS-H: •Outcome Description: Successful translation and cultural adaptation of the original CPMAS to Hindi (CPMAS-H).it is measured by evaluation by expert panel and pilot testing, followed by final approval. to be done before main study starts. 2.Convergent Validity: •Outcome Description: Degree of agreement between CPMAS-H and m-YPAS scores.it is measured by Pearson correlation coefficient or Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. 3.Construct Validity: •Outcome Description: Association of CPMAS-H with age, sex, duration of surgery, and duration of hospital stay.it is measured by Factor loadings from EFA/CFA. 4.Internal Consistency: •Outcome Description: Internal consistency of CPMAS-H.it is measured by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Timepoint: 1. before the main study starts. 2. after data collection 3. after data collection 4. after data collection | — |

| 1. For Test-Retest Reliability: Outcome- To assess Consistency of CPMAS-H scores over different time points (T1: before surgery, T2: day of surgery, T3: within 24 hours postoperatively). it is measured by Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). 2. For Intra-Observer Agreement: Outcome- to access Agreement in anxiety scoring by the same observer on multiple occasions. It is measured by Cohen’s kappa coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Timepoint: within 1 month of data collection | — |
