Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents aged between 13 and 15 years. 2.Undergoing regular education under full-time schooling 3.adolescents willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any pre-existing mental health condition that may interfere with the study outcomes. 2. rejection from parents of child to participate in the program 3. Sudden physical illness which prevents them from participating in the intervention program
