Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community Health Officers of both gender having age between 22 to 60 years present during the data collection period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Community Health Officers who are not willing and absent during data collection period.

Change in knowledge and competency of CHOs in managing NCDs (measured by pre- and post-intervention assessments)Timepoint: 15 days- 30 days and 3 months interval data will be collected.
